All students who wish to obtain a Studentship Confirmation Letter are kindly requested to fill out the online form for their respective department. After Five working days to collect your letter form the administration branch. Kindly ensure that you bring your University ID card when collecting the letter.

Notice For All Students

To All students,

All students who wish to submit letters to the SAR Office are required to first submit them to Ms. Ransika and Ms. Devika at the AR Office. The AR Office will record the letters in a designated register and subsequently forward them to the SAR signature.

Students are kindly requested to adhere to this procedure.

NOTICE TO HOSTEL STUDENTS

This is to inform all hostel students currently residing at Uluwitike Hostel that arrangements have been made to shift students to the Labuduwa Hostel.

Date of shifting: 03rd January 2026

In preparation for this relocation, all students are kindly requested to pack all their belongings on or before 9.00 a.m. on 02nd January 2026.

The shifting process will take place on 03rd January 2026 between 8.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.
All students are expected to cooperate and complete the shifting within this time period.
